My work begins with a desire to capture the pulse and unpredictability of life.
I’m drawn to abstraction because it reflects the complexity of human perception and experience. Two people can look at the same painting and walk away with something entirely different. What feels emotional or meaningful to one person may evoke something completely different in another. We all bring our history memories, emotions, and inner worlds into how we experience art.
When I paint I play with movement, tension, emotion, contradiction, and energy. No two pieces tell the same story and my intention is always to leave space for interpretation, reflection, and personal connection.
