Riverview Artists

Wendy was raised in southern Manitoba and has lived in the Calgary area for over 30 years.  She currently makes her home in Cochrane, Alberta.  Wendy draws inspiration from her multicultural background and the challenge of expressing the mood of the moment in each of her paintings.  As an emerging artist, Wendy’s landscapes highlight the colours, movement, and reflections in each composition, inviting the observer to experience the same enjoyment that she feels for each setting.

Wendy’s work is still developing as she learns more through workshops and library resources.  She is also an active member of the Foothills Art Club and Cochrane Art Club.
