Well, lucky us, we managed to get another show week at the TCPL Building. So if you missed out on the bad weather of our last show, come by and see us in January!

There will be another Shared Vision painting available for the draw prize. So come by and take a look. I would post a picture of the painting, but we are meeting this Saturday to get our creative brushes going!
Due to the horrific weather so did many other people. We still had a great time, and with the smaller amount of time, it created a wonderfully intimate venue for us to meet and spend time with our clients. We would have loved to have more people through, but we were pleasantly surprised by the folks who did make it out and the numbers of pieces picked up by the hardy souls who ventured in.
We had over 190 pieces of original art work created by our local Calgary members and are working on potentially putting a video of the show on our site (technology permitting of course!) The great news for those who couldn’t make it out and wish they could have is that many of the pieces are still available and can be viewed by clicking on the various artists names along the left hand side of this page.
It may take a day or two for everyone to update what he or she has sold and what is still available, but if you are still looking for that perfect piece just before Christmas you still have time. Thanks again to everyone who came out, everyone who sent us well wishes for the show, and for everyone who has stopped by the web site to view our pieces.
Be sure to watch for our next show update which is coming up quickly in February, and it’s in the South!

Join the Riverview Artists for an exclusive engagement at a private venue in NW Calgary on Thursday December 10th, 2009 from 4pm until 10pm. Many of the artists and the associate artists will attend at this private executive home in Tuscany for our biggest and last art show of 2009 by the group.
This is your chance to come meet many of the artists in person, mingle amongst some fabulous pieces and partake of some wine and cheese. If you have previously purchased a piece from a Riverview member, this is your opportunity to check out some of their current works and to chat directly with the artist.
There will be a special door prize for one lucky individual who attends and it will be a perfect opportunity to pick up a piece to add to your collection or as an incredible gift for someone this Christmas.
